1.1 If you do not receive one by the 01.Aug 2005 write to the POC (Point of Contact) and express your interest in attending the event.

3. Fill in and sign the Team Application (incl. Letter of Intent (LOI) and Liability Statement).
Send the complete document to the POC.

4. Visit web site and read the rules.

5. Fill in and sign all of the following forms.
a) Team Information (incl.: Team Leader and Proof of Citizenship) and Scenario Selection (urban, non-urban, EOD/IEDD/UXO, exhibition)
b) Vehicle Specification Sheet   and/or    Exhibition Specification Sheet
Send the completed documents to the POC.

5.1 Wait for confirmation.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 14 days contact the POC.

6. Visit web site and read the rules.
 
7. Fill in and sign all of the following forms
a) Technical Paper
b) Team Membership Roster
Send the completed documents to the POC.

8. Visit web site and read the rules.

9. Optional
a) Provide material for the ELROB catalogue.
b) Specify configuration and set-up of exhibition

10. Visit web site and read the rules.

11. Notification
At the 01.Dec 2005 you will be notified if your team has been selected for participation in the trials
