How to Attend

  2. Do not wait for an official invitation! ;-)

  4. Fill in and sign the Team Application (incl. Letter of Intent (LOI) and Liability Statement). Send the complete document to the POC.
  5. Visit web site and read the rules.
  6. Fill in and sign all of the following forms.
    1. Team Information (incl.: Team Leader and Proof of Citizenship) and Scenario Selection
    2. Vehicle Specification Sheet   and/or    Static display Specification Sheet Send the completed documents to the POC.
  7. Wait for confirmation.
    If you do not receive a confirmation within 14 days contact the POC.
  8. Visit web site and read the rules.
  9. Fill in and sign all of the following forms
    1. Team Membership Roster
    2. Radio Specification Sheet
      Send the completed documents to the POC.
  10. Visit web site and read the rules.
  11. Optional
    1. Provide material for the ELROB catalogue.
    2. Specify configuration and set-up of exhibition
      Send the completed documents to the POC.
  12. Visit web site and read the rules.
  13. Notification
    At the 15.Jan 2008 you will be notified if your team has been selected for participation in the trial
