How-To and Rules

NEW – How to register as a visitor:

1. Download and fill in the Visitors Accreditation Sheet.
2. Return the form directly to the local organizers.
    
3. IMPORTANT: Applies only to the bomb disposal (EOD/IED) scenario
   The bomb disposal scenario takes place in specially secured area; admission is restricted!
   All spectators and participants in this scenario must provide a valid security clearance with categorisation confidental or NATO secret.
   • Additional personal information is needed for registration.
   • Download and fill in the EOD Accreditation Sheet.
   • Return the form directly to the EOD organizers.
   
   
   
   Note, the firm deadline for this EOD registration is 28 May 2014!

How to apply for participation:

1. Visit web site and read scenario descriptions and rules.
2. Fill in and sign the Team Application. Send the document to the POC.
3. Fill in and sign all of the following forms:
   • Team Information and Scenario Selection
   • Vehicle Specification Sheet
   • Radio Specification Sheet
   
   Send the documents to the POC.
4. Wait for confirmation.
5. Fill in and sign all of the following forms:
   
   • Team Membership Roster
   • Technical Paper
   
   
   Send the documents to the POC.
6. Pay the non-refundable registration fee.
7. Optional
   • Provide material for the ELROB catalogue.
   • Specify configuration and set-up of the static display.
