How-To and Rules

How to register as a visitor:

1. Download and fill in the Visitors Accreditation Sheet.
2. Return the form directly to the local organizers.
3. Download and fill in the Photograph, Video and Documentation Release Form.

How to register as an exhibitor:

1. Download the Static Display Information and contact the local organizers.
   Further details can be found on the Static Display page.

How to apply for participation:

1. Visit web site and read scenario descriptions and rules.
2. Fill in and sign the Team Application. Send the document to the POC.
3. Fill in and sign all of the following forms:
   • Team Information and Scenario Selection
   • Vehicle Specification Sheet
   • Radio Specification Sheet
   
   Send the documents to the POC.
4. Wait for confirmation.
5. Fill in and sign all of the following forms:
   
   • Team Membership Roster
   • Technical Paper
   • Photograph, Video and Documentation Release Form
   
   
   Send the documents to the POC.
6. Pay the non-refundable registration fee of 500€ (resp. 250€ for early registered university teams).
7. (Optional) Provide material for the ELROB catalogue.
